Nana came to my then home with a very professional demeanor and displayed knowledge by showing us her plan of action. The purpose of calling her was to get information on the comps in our neighborhood and what she things is a realistic number to start with. I was not contemplating listing the house just yet so to my utter surprised after listening to her, my husband and I signed documents and gave her our home to list. Between her and her assistant Jenn they walked me through everything and prep me in how to best stage my home. Within the first three weeks we had a least 25 showings (that was stressful) keeping the house impeccable is difficult when you live in the house and have a dog. Nana soon became my friend and she fell in love with my dog Charlie. She would carry treats when she came to visit. Anyways, long story short mu home sold with 3 1/2 weeks and it was a whirlwind of emotions. I would definitely positively recommend Nana and her team to sell my home should I do it again. Thank you Nana for your guidance, support and friendship as I navigated the process of selling!
